LA LADY FUND takes place in 2018. Diana Solis has been the leader of an immigrant smuggling organization for twenty-seven years. Her network, from identifying potential immigrants to employers ready with jobs for the newly arrived, is strong and runing smoothly. Having brought in thousands of people from Mexico and helping them settle in the US, she is tired and wants to move on with her life, but before that can happen, she must find her replacement. But who can she trust?

In Diana's quest to find her replacement, readers are taken into her world, both in the United States and Mexico. Along with experiences of the immigrants that Diana's organization brings to America as they chase their American Dream. Readers are treated to strong female Latinx characters as they traverse America securing work contracts for the immigrants that Diana brings in. In some parts of the country, these immigrants are a vital commodity that ensure economic security to business owners, as most people are astute in recognizing the strong work ethic of each immigrant.
