Do you realize that asking oneself probing questions can help you discover previously unknown facts about yourself? You can uncover interesting aspects of yourself by posing the appropriate queries. I have included specially created coaching questions in this book that life coaches use to elicit responses from their clients.

To gain better answers, I would advise you to interrogate each other with a companion. Going it alone is good, but involving a second person will allow you to move much more quickly. This is due to the fact that when someone else asks the question, we often respond in-depth.

We often give thoughtful answers that are succinct and comprehensive. Although you may believe that you are enlightening the other person, in reality, what you are doing is enlightening yourself.
