Something ancient is waking beneath Briar Hollow, Texas.

When strange gravity pulses begin disturbing the land around the Briar Hollow Museum of the Unseen, Rowan Cross and Maeve Callahan discover that the fractures in reality they have been studying are no longer stable. Something is moving through them.

At first the signs are subtle: animals vanish, the forest bends in impossible directions, and the ground opens into twisted distortion layers where gravity flows sideways. But the truth reveals itself when a towering wendigo emerges from the fractures-an evolving predator that feeds not only on flesh, but on the weakening boundaries between worlds.

Desperate to protect the town, Rowan and Maeve construct a resonance trap in an abandoned limestone quarry. Their plan nearly succeeds-until the ancient force behind the fractures reveals itself.

When the entity possesses a man from the town and reshapes him into a living conduit of antlered geometry, the trap collapses, the wendigo survives, and the fractures across the sky begin to spread.

Now Briar Hollow stands at the center of a growing rupture in reality.
