From Brown to Blue

The evolution of American policing can be traced back to its roots in the early colonial period, where community-based watch systems were the norm. These early forms of policing were largely informal and relied on local citizens to patrol and maintain order. The primary focus was on preventing crime and maintaining public peace, which was seen as a communal responsibility. However, as cities grew and crime rates increased, a more structured approach became necessary, leading to the inception of organized police forces in the 19th century. This book discusses the objective look at what has taken place historically in the actions of Sturmabteilung SA and todays actions of ICE/CBP in its actions in dealing with what can be construed as unconstitutional violations of law and civil rights law violations of american citizens.
