Man Food Recipes

Man Food Recipes is a collection of quick and easy recipes that men fix for themselves and their friends. It contains over 50 odd mix-ups and some standard fixins that bless and/or challenge the human tastebuds.

This is an expansion of the author's first "Man Food" book that now includes 12- recipe contributors who were hand-picked by the author from family and friends. 

The focus is on food for the soul and food for the spirit, with the addition of Christian poetry at the end of the book.

It is an easy read and a great reference for fast-food dinner preparation.
