Izzy's Odyssey

14 year old Izzy learns she must save her family and the world all during a tumultuous 1968

Forced to leave her friends and school, Izzy embarks on a journey of magic and adventure, leading to an unbelievable revelation that hits much closer to home than she could have imagined. From participating in the Martin Luther King Jr. funeral procession, acting in a timely school play and navigating her first love, Izzy's world seemed to her to be perfect. Until, that is, her father changes her life in the most unimaginable way. She never would have dreamed that by the end of that year she would be speaking a different language, living in Germany, and navigating both sides of the Iron Curtain while saving several worlds, both big and small.
