Mit dem Diakonischen Corporate Governance Kodex hat der Diskurs um die Unternehmensverfassung in der Diakonie zweifelsohne eine qualitativ neue Ebene erreicht. Warum aber stellt sich Corporate Governance überhaupt als Problem auch für diakonische Organisationen dar – und worin besteht es? Wie lässt sich die Notwendigkeit von Corporate Governance ökonomisch und organisationstheoretisch begründen? Woher leiten wir unser Wissen über die in solchen "Standards guter Unternehmensführung" unterstellten Zusammenhänge ab? Und was ist darauf für die Corporate Governance diakonischer Unternehmen abzuleiten? Die theoretische Verortung des Diskurses um die Corporate Governance und deren Kodifikation macht Grundfragen der Verfassung diakonischer Unternehmen fruchtbar für deren praktische Gestaltung. And what can be derived from this for the corporate governance of diaconal organizations? The theoretical positioning of the discourse on corporate governance and its codification makes fundamental questions about the constitution of diaconal organizations fruitful for their practical design.
