Resume Gold

Resume Gold is not a resume-writing guide or a career advice book. It is an evidence-handling system for professionals operating in environments where decisions must be defensible under review, audit, or scrutiny.

At senior levels, credibility is no longer inferred through narrative, confidence, or presentation. It is examined. Hiring, promotion, and career mobility decisions increasingly depend on whether claims can be traced to documented decisions, named authority, and recorded effects. Traditional resumes-built on storytelling and self-reported impact-collapse under these conditions.

Resume Gold replaces narrative with traceability. It introduces an evidence-first operating system that treats the resume as a derivative artifact and the Performance Dossier as the system of record. Only documented decisions and documented effects are admissible. Everything else is intentionally removed.

Rather than teaching persuasion or self-promotion, Resume Gold focuses on how work survives scrutiny. It shows how to capture evidence as decisions occur, distinguish activity from authority, document escalation and containment, and preserve records that can withstand post-hoc evaluation.
