After being on the list for a heart transplant for so long, the call finally came. Sarah Kurtzman would have a new heart. Little did she know it had belonged to a murderer.

Now out of the hospital and on her road to recovery, Sarah begins to change. Urges. Anger. Strange feels she can not understand. Yet, there's something stronger than her will that pushes her over the edge and into madness.
