Ataxia and I

Ataxia is part of my life, but it is not my identity. 

This book shares my personal journey, written over many years, with honesty, strength, and hope. I want my experience to encourage others facing health challenges, not by explaining the science, but by showing the human side of living through change. 

All proceeds will go to the Ataxia Centre in London to support research into Ataxia SCA twelve.
