His trip to the Magic Republic of Magia should have ticked a few items off his to-do list. However, the sudden appearance of the Evangelist—a mysterious character who never appeared in the anime—leaves him with more questions than answers. And if that wasn’t enough, Zil and his growing mass of followers have drawn the attention of another character who identifies them as a potential threat: the Dragon Emperor. Though the Dragon Emperor dreams of one day ruling the world, Zil has no intention of backing down.
